HR Development and Strategic Planning: Barbados Cricket Association (NGO)

CARICAD has executed a number of significant assignments aimed at contributing to the organisation development of the Secretariat of the BCA. The most notable of these are:
  1. Facilitation of the process to develop the 2014-2017 Strategic Plan.
  2. Stakeholder Consultation on the Draft Strategic Plan
  3. Human Resources Audit with recommendations for staffing, structure, roles, responsibilities and functions
  4. Facilitation of the process to review and update the Staff Handbook
